Certificate Course in Sales and Marketing Management

Course Duration : 30 Hours
The syllabus of this six months course is divided in four parts.
A. Marketing Fundamentals:-
This primarily includes the core issues like marketing mix, consumer behavior, retail marketing and marketing research etc.
B. Sales Management:-
It includes the concept of selling, nature and scope of sales management, sales promotion, customer care and sales as a career.
C. Professional skills:-
It includes developing selling skills, legal skills and analytical skills with knowledge about VAT, Service Tax and Local Taxes.
D. Project Work:-
It includes field training, visits to organizations and surveys. Each learner has to prepare a final project report on his or her assigned activity.
